Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Thirty-one complaints of investigation and verification were registered in the first half of this year, by the General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE) in Cunene, eight more in relation to the same previous period.<\/b><\/p>\n

Of these complaints, 26 were in person and 10 via “call center”, which resulted in the opening of 31 processes, of which six were resolved and 26 were ongoing, the IGAE delegate, in Cunene, Moise\u0301s Sovi.<\/p>\n

He said that the complaints are linked to administrative irregularities, changes in school grades, charging fees for providing certain services, promoting careers and others related to non-compliance with the execution of PIIM works.<\/p>\n

He made it known that in the period in question, they received 447 calls, some with success that allowed the creation of processes, transferred and others without matters related to the general inspection.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe launched actions within the scope of monitoring PIIM (Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities) projects and combating poverty, in different municipalities, where irregularities were found in meeting the deadlines for the physical execution of the works, which are below the financial one\u201d , he stated.<\/p>\n

He explained that there were also several training actions aimed at the body’s inspectors, on inspection and administrative activities, aimed at better performance and provision of a quality service based on justice.<\/p>\n

Moise\u0301s Sovi reinforced the appeal to the population to collaborate more in the denouncements, especially in the municipalities, sometimes people have matters but do not report to the IGAE to intervene.<\/p>\n

The IGAE, created on January 17, 1992, is an auxiliary body of the President of the Republic, with the mission of carrying out internal control of public administration.<\/p>\n
