These were hearings granted to the municipal administrators of Mavinga, Nancova, Dirico (Cuando Cubango), Quilenda, Porto Amboim, Amboim and Libolo (Cuanza Sul), Kiwaba Nzoji, Quela, Mucari and Marimba (Malanje), Luchazes, Alto Zambeze, Luau and Luacano (Moxico), Lucapa and Xa\u0301 Muteba (Lunda Norte) and Puri, Alto Cauale, Songo and Mucaba (Ui\u0301ge).<\/p>\n

After leaving the hearings, the administrators were satisfied with the opportunity to present, in the first person, the concerns of their localities.<\/p>\n

The municipal administrator of Songo, Mauri\u0301cio Pascoal, said that they are faced with the degradation of the access roads to the village of the municipality, as well as in the interior, which is why they need earthworks of 300 kilometres.<\/p>\n

The administrator of Alto Cauale, Teresa Pinto, said that the lack of energy, water and the state of access roads, which are still precarious, are the main difficulties of the municipality, which is why she presented the minister with the need to connect the municipality by asphalt. the commune of Bengo, over a distance of 42 km, as well as with the province of Malanje, over a distance of 25 km.<\/p>\n

The administrator of Luchazes, Quintas Sempieca, stressed that he was concerned, in addition to the roads, with a project to build administrative infrastructures, part of the Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities, a work of central scope consigned in 2020, but which still it didn’t start.<\/p>\n

Administrator of Alto Zambeze, Ismael Keshipoco, said that the municipality has difficulties in accessing the communes, most of which are precarious, with the nearest commune 74 kilometers from the headquarters and the rest more than 100 kilometers away.<\/p>\n

He advanced that there is a certain lack of operationality in the local administration, as four out of six communal administrations lack administrative infrastructure.<\/p>\n

The administrator, Filomena Miza, from Luau, stressed that 75 percent of the population is young and of these, more than 50 percent have no jobs, despite the fact that, in the context of combating poverty, they have been promoting training in various areas and distributing self-care kits. -employment, but it is not enough, as they do not have the business strength for this purpose.<\/p>\n
