Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The workers of the Provincial Delegation of Justice and Human Rights in Moxico declared, this Tuesday, a four-day strike (14 to 18) to demand better social conditions.<\/b><\/p>\n

During the duration of the strike, only the death certificate will be issued, as minimum services provided by law.<\/p>\n

According to the deputy coordinator of the installation commission of the Union of Justice Officials of Angola (SOJA), in Moxico, Jose\u0301 Cotingo, the strike aims to draw the attention of the government to compliance with the points contained in the claims booklet under discussion since 2021.<\/p>\n

In the list of claims, workers in the Justice sector demand, among other benefits, a salary increase, promotions in official categories, health insurance, working conditions and the entry of new employees to fill vacancies in the ministry.<\/p>\n

SOJA affiliate, Eli\u0301dio Lubatti, explained that one of the issues that deserve to be highlighted in the list of demands is the working conditions and promotion of employees, as there are workers over 20 years old who have never been promoted.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have terrible working conditions, sometimes there are difficulties in copying or printing a document, due to the lack of a printer and expendable materials\u201d, lamented the Justice official.<\/p>\n

The user Gilson Pedro, who went to the registry office, was prevented from authenticating a term of responsibility due to the strike, appealing to the government to resolve the problem of professionals.<\/p>\n

For his part, Francisco Mutota said that the stoppage of the conservatory and notary services is preventing him from registering his children at the school.<\/p>\n
