Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The National Roller Hockey Team competes, starting this Tuesday (22nd), in the second senior men’s African Championship, to be played until the 26th, in the city of Cairo, Egypt.<\/b><\/p>\n

In this competition, the Angola team will defend the continental title won in 2019, in Luanda, facing similar teams from South Africa, Mozambique and the host country (Egypt).<\/p>\n

In Cairo since Friday, the Angolan delegation is headed by the president of the Angolan Skating Federation (FAP), Dioni\u0301sio Viegas, assisted by the sports vice-president, Orlando Grac\u0327a.<\/p>\n

In Egyptian territory (Cairo), there is also the National Roller Hockey Team in the under-19 category, which in the same period will participate in the first African in the category, alongside the hosts, South Africa and Mozambique.<\/p>\n

The national roller hockey team, led by the president of the FAP, Dioni\u0301sio Viegas, was received in audience by the Angolan ambassador to Egypt, Nelson Cosme, who was assured of a dignified participation.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that Angola is the holder of the title of this competition, which gives access to the World Cup, won in Luanda, in 2019.<\/p>\n

Also within the scope of Angola’s participation in this competition, ambassador Nelson Cosme maintained, on Sunday, a moment of interaction with the athletes and technical team of the national team.<\/p>\n
