Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Six staturp are in the final phase of their incubation at the \u201cDigital.AO\u201d Technological Center, which serves to support young people with innovative ideas, announced this Saturday, in Luanda, the person responsible for this technological solution, Miriam Fernandes.<\/b><\/p>\n

As part of the 14th edition of the Luanda Telecommunications Institute’s Technological Innovation Fair (FITITEL\/2023), which ended yesterday, the source said that the completion of the incubation of these innovations opens space for others, which could be incubated six months and be ready for implementation on the market.<\/p>\n

The head of department in the area of \u200b\u200bcommunication, innovation, technology and modernization of services at the National Institute for the Promotion of the Information Society (INFOSI) said that the platform has received many requests for technological projects, a fact that reveals the increase in the creative vein of the youth.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe received several staturp applications, but unfortunately we do not have the space to accommodate them all at the same time. Therefore, we decided to shorten the incubation time from two years to six months,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

For innovative projects to be part of Digital.AO, Miriam Fernandes said that the selection process initially involves an analysis of the economic and social impact.<\/p>\n

Opened in January 2022, Digital.AO has professionals who help direct and guarantee the growth and performance of companies, allowing them to develop their own business.<\/p>\n

In addition, this platform has other services, such as software factories, a website, corporate mail, equipment repair and a training area, which hosts courses on creating business management systems, equipment repair, among other training activities.<\/p>\n

Running from the 7th to the 9th of this month, FITITEL\/2023 aimed, essentially, to showcase the skills and competencies that students acquired during the four years of training, presenting solutions that solve business and social problems.<\/p>\n

Over three days, the event saw more than four thousand and five hundred visitors, who interacted with more than 40 exhibitors, including students, former students and companies in the telecommunications sector.<\/p>\n

Promoted by the Luanda Telecommunications Institute (ITEL), with support from the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication (MINTTICS), the event took place under the motto “Technological innovation at the service of road safety”.<\/p>\n
