Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Angolan writer Dias Neto launched, this Thursday (28th), in Luanda, his fourth literary work \u201cA Queda do Ca\u0303o Cidada\u0303o\u201d, which portrays Angolan daily life in ten short stories.<\/b><\/p>\n

Each story portrays different facts about Angolan society, such as the responsibilities of public servants, cultural elements, spirituality, ethics and the addiction to anabolic steroids, commonly known as yard, in young people.<\/p>\n

\u201cReading is very important in the life of a human being, because whoever reads a book is no longer the same person. Therefore, we will instill the habit of reading in our children, especially the works of Anto\u0301nio Agostinho Neto”, he said.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the writer offered books by Anto\u0301nio Agostinho Neto, First President of Angola, to students at the Sa\u0303o Jose\u0301 de Cluny school, understanding that children need to know the story of this figure.<\/p>\n

Dias Neto was born in Luanda, in 1980. He is a civil servant and studied Executive Secretariat and Business Communication at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of the Agostinho Neto University.<\/p>\n

He holds the Blue Prize, 2017 edition, established by the National Police, with the novel “O Taxista”, the first by him, and the Sagrada Esperanc\u0327a Prize, 2018 edition, with the second work “A festa dos Porcos\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to the writer, the book, with more than 60 pages, is the responsibility of the publisher Palavra & Arte, which produced 500 copies, already on sale for a value of 6,500 kwanzas.<\/p>\n

With \u201cA Queda do Ca\u0303o Cidada\u0303o\u201d, Dias Neto now has four works, which follow \u201cThe Taxi Driver\u201d, \u201cA Festa dos Pigs\u201d and \u201cUm Chameleon in the Executive\u201d.<\/p>\n
