Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The secretary general of the National Assembly, Agostinho Pedro de Ne\u0301ri, assured that all material, technical and protocol conditions have been created for the start of the Solemn Opening Session of the 2023-2024 Parliamentary Year of the V Legislature.<\/b><\/p>\n

The event will have as its highlight the Message on the State of the Nation, to be delivered by the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o.<\/p>\n

The message will contain \u201cthe policies recommended for resolving the main issues, promoting the well-being of Angolans and the country’s development\u201d, as established in article 118 of the Constitution.<\/p>\n

“We are all looking forward to hearing the message from the President of the Republic in the hemicycle”, expressed the secretary general of Parliament.<\/p>\n

The Plenary Session will take place in the Plenary Room, which has undergone some technical and technological innovations that, according to the secretary general of the AN, will improve, in a certain way, the work of the media.<\/p>\n

At this point, the deputies, holders of the Executive branch, diplomatic corps, among other guests, are already entering the room, waiting for the ceremony to begin.<\/p>\n
