During his visit to this penitentiary establishment, as part of his two-day working day in the province of Namibe, he said that in the meeting with the inmates of this prison it was noted that there was no excess of preventive detention and violation of human rights in this establishment. penitentiary.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat exists is overcrowding in the prison, which has the capacity to accommodate 500 inmates and has more than this number,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

It also guaranteed conditions within the prison, especially food (three meals a day), health and accommodation.<\/p>\n

He was also concerned about the high number of young prisoners who, for various reasons, were committing different crimes and which forced them to be in this condition, and appealed to them to serve their sentences and when they leave to behave in society as dignified citizens and with a new posture.<\/p>\n
