{"id":48466,"date":"2023-10-31T16:01:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T16:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/?p=48466"},"modified":"2023-10-31T14:41:22","modified_gmt":"2023-10-31T14:41:22","slug":"judge-launches-book-supplier-civil-liability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/all-news\/judge-launches-book-supplier-civil-liability","title":{"rendered":"Judge launches book &#8220;Supplier Civil Liability&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola. <\/strong><\/span><b>Retired judge Carlos Magalha\u0303es launched the book \u201cSupplier Civil Responsibility, in the face of Angolan consumer protection law \u2013 Confrontation with Portuguese law, in an event held on Saturday, in Porto Amboim, Cuanza Sul province.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The central part of the book, with 638 pages and six chapters, highlights, among others, \u201cthe historical evolution of the consumer\u201d, \u201cconsumer protection in Angolan law\u201d, \u201cgeneral contractual clauses\u201d, \u201cproducer civil liability regime\u201d and \u201cCivil liability of the civil code in the Angolan consumer protection law\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Walter Sebastia\u0303o, who presented the work, said that it is a scientific, dissertation and expository book, in which the author makes an incursion into the elements of consumption, consumer and supplier, as well as goods and services.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion, the author of the book urged each citizen to know and apply their rights.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Magalha\u0303es was born in the Lila neighborhood, in the city of Porto Amboim, on November 12, 1950.<\/p>\n<p>He is a retired judge advisor to the Constitutional Court and an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University and a professor at the Methodist University of Angola and the Instituto Superior Polite\u0301cnico Internacional de Angola \u201c(SIA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\">Angola<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola.
