Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Secretary of the President of the Republic for State Reform, Pedro Fiete Correia Raimundo, stated this Thursday, in Cuito, Bie\u0301 province, that they are significantly reducing cases of bureaucracy in public institutions, with compliance with the agreed provisions in the project simplifies 1.0.<\/b><\/p>\n

Pedro Raimundo reaffirmed the engagement of the Holder of Executive Power, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, in creating conditions that aim to increasingly improve the provision of public services, gradually removing defects in public administration.<\/p>\n

For this reason, he said that the country approved a set of simplification measures, which have been materialized in several normative diplomas, as well as the creation of a digital transition agenda, to facilitate the processing of various documents.<\/p>\n

For example, in relation to the commercial license, which had a validity period of five years, it is now valid for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n

The single commercial license was also established. In other words, a businessman who has a supermarket and opens a new one in another area will not need a new license if he maintains the same type of business.<\/p>\n

Simplifiica 2.0 also advances towards the digitalization of procedures, proposing the institution of the Digital Commercial License.<\/p>\n

At the ceremony, the governor of Bie\u0301, Pereira Alfredo, considered the simplified project to be a very clear instrument, valuable in reducing bureaucracy in services, as it prevents the barriers that still exist in the public service.<\/p>\n

In this sense, at Bie\u0301 level, the strategic plan for administrative deconcentration and decentralization improved significantly.<\/p>\n

In this Simplica 2.0 process, many acts have been discontinued and other procedures have been made easier, to better respond to user requests.<\/p>\n

Many measures are already being complied with; currently, several documents are no longer required to process many processes.<\/p>\n

In Andulo, for example, according to the municipal administrator, Celeste David Adolfo, around 26 acts were discontinued, including the birth certificate for marriage purposes, reconfirmation of enrollments for students who continue at the same level of education.<\/p>\n
