{"id":49774,"date":"2023-11-17T19:50:49","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T19:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/?p=49774"},"modified":"2023-11-17T19:34:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T19:34:58","slug":"angola-hosts-1st-international-family-law-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/all-news\/angola-hosts-1st-international-family-law-congress","title":{"rendered":"Angola hosts 1st International Family Law Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola. <\/strong><\/span><b>The Angolan capital has been hosting, since this Thursday, the 1st International Congress on Family Law in Angola, promoted by the Angolan Nucleus of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The event, which has the participation of more than 270 congressmen, 18 speakers, including nationals and Brazilians, and eight moderators, aims to promote discussion around Family Law and provide a comparative view with other legal systems, in particular the Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Lasting two days, the opening ceremony was attended by the First Lady of the Republic, Ana Dias Lourenc\u0327o, judicial magistrates and the Public Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, participants will address issues related to the formation and legal protection of families, custom as a source of family law and the reform of the Angolan Family Code.<\/p>\n<p>According to the organization, this is the first congress in the Angolan legal panorama, with regard to Family Law, in particular.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion, university professor Jose\u0301 Van-Du\u0301nem, who addressed the topic \u201ca sociological look at family dynamics in the case of Angola\u201d, asked experts for in-depth studies on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The professor also drew attention to public servants so that they understand that the role of the State is fundamental, as family cannot be thought of as the driving force of society if there is no social stability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere must be an effort by the entire Angolan society to embrace the rescue of degraded values, in order to maintain family cohesion\u201d, he highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>The president of the Angolan Nucleus of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law, Arlindo Castro, defended greater reflection on families within society, so that they can find more love and tranquility.<\/p>\n<p>Arlindo Castro said that holding the event will serve to exchange experiences with a view to improving the lives of families.<\/p>\n<p>During the two days, issues such as &#8220;Birth Registration as a fundamental right&#8221;, &#8220;mediation and collaborative practices in resolving family conflicts&#8221;, as well as &#8220;mediation and family conciliation&#8221; will also be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Among the themes, we also highlight &#8220;divorce as a potential right&#8221;, &#8220;simultaneous families&#8221;, &#8220;the de facto union in Angola: a marriage or a de facto reality?&#8221;, &#8220;socio-affectivity as an element of multiparenting&#8221; , &#8220;the adoption of children and young people, international adoption in Angola&#8221; and &#8220;the psychological and legal preparation of the family&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda also includes &#8220;the analysis of the psychological impact of parental alienation&#8221;, &#8220;legal regulation of medically assisted reproduction techniques&#8221; and &#8220;family law in the digital age&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\">Angola<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola.
