Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Angolan Businessmen’s Club in the United Arab Emirates (CERA) was proclaimed, Friday, in Dubai, to help boost business between Angolans and Emiratis.<\/b><\/p>\n

Witnessed by the ambassador of Angola to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ju\u0301lio Maiato, the constitutive act of the association was sealed between the Angolan businessman Henrique Anto\u0301nio and the consul general of Angola in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Bento Andre\u0301.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, marked by the ceremony celebrating 48 years of National Independence with the Angolan community residing in Dubai, Bento Andre\u0301 considered that the increase in the number of Angolan citizens interested in investing in the country and in the UAE is visible, encouraging them to take on this challenge, aiming for balance in bilateral relations.<\/p>\n

To give shape to cooperation, he said, a group of Angolan businesspeople on their own initiative decided to create CERA, a non-profit private legal entity with general interest, in cooperation with the central or local administration of Angola and the UAE.<\/p>\n

It is governed autonomously in the development of its activities, with the mission of promoting the Angolan business fabric in that Arab country.<\/p>\n

“It is with great honor that we have just witnessed the Constitutive Act of the Installation Committee of the aforementioned Club and we are certain that it will contribute to the promotion of national business and beyond”, stated the Angolan diplomat.<\/p>\n

In turn, Henrique Anto\u0301nio, who also read the Constitutive Act as coordinator of the Club’s Installation Committee, considered its birth as a historic milestone in the horizon of bilateral relations between the two States.<\/p>\n

He stated that CERA will help develop solid business growth, both in the UAE and in Angola.<\/p>\n
