Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The eighth edition of the African Ju-Jitsu Championship will be refereed by a panel of European judges, due to the absence of most referees from the countries that will compete in the competition.<\/b><\/p>\n

The information was released yesterday by the president of the Angolan Federation of Ju-Jitsu & Associated Disciplines (FAJUJ & DA), Lu\u00eds John. On the occasion, the official announced that the refereeing will be guided by the president of the Council of Referees of the International Ju-Jitsu Federation, Dimitrios Georgantidis.<\/p>\n

“Each country was invited to compete in the competition, with the participation of two referees,” said John.<\/p>\n

In addition to the head of world arbitration, the African will count on the integration of judges Thomasz Zakolski (Poland), F\u00e1bio Carril (Portugal), Petros Skopelits (Greece) and Seif Eddine Houmine (France) due to the absence of some African referees.<\/p>\n

In the event, Angola has referees Adriana Lupini Kissoka and Aur\u00e9lio Pamba Chitunda.
\nThe referees of the event are housed at the Hotel Victoria Garden and all the athletes in the Benfica district.<\/p>\n

The president of the African Union, Nuvin Prons, from Mauritius, is also staying at the same place.
\nYesterday, the leader was received in audience by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Ana Paula Sacramento Neto.<\/p>\n

Nuvin Prons arrived on Tuesday, in Luanda, in the company of three athletes from Mauritius.<\/p>\n

After the hearing, Lu\u00eds John announced that admission to the Arena do Kilamba will be free, but the public must present the digital certificate of vaccine against Covid-19.<\/p>\n
