Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Acade\u0301mica do Lobito beat Bravos do Maquis this Wednesday, by a goal to zero, in an early game of the ninth round of the national football championship, Girabola 2023\/24, played at the Buraco stadium, in this city.<\/b><\/p>\n

Both teams entered the game looking to score to get more comfortable in the league table.<\/p>\n

Throughout the first half, there was a very balanced game, with some dangerous plays not being carried out, with the score prevailing.<\/p>\n

In the second half, the score was changed in the 63rd minute through a penalty, converted by striker Aisson, from Acade\u0301mica do Lobito.<\/p>\n

The final result was a goal to zero in favor of Acade\u0301mica, which has 10 points, while Bravos do Maquis remains with seven.<\/p>\n

At the end of the game, Acade\u0301mica’s coach, Joa\u0303o Pintar, congratulated his boys for the prompt response given to the opponent, considering that “it was a very difficult game”.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this victory, the guys are more motivated to achieve better results,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Asked about the successive defeats in the Afro-Cup Cups, he replied that the lack of support is at the root of these setbacks, but he promises to work to improve the team’s performance.<\/p>\n

The coach of Bravos do Maquis, Ma\u0301rio Soares, was dissatisfied because, in his opinion, it was his team that dominated the match.<\/p>\n

He congratulated his opponent on the victory and promised to work to achieve positive results, as his team needs to score points.<\/p>\n

In the next round, Acade\u0301mica do Lobito will face Desportivo da Lunda Sul, only on the 10th of January, due to their commitment in the Afro-Cup, while Bravos do Maquis hosts Wiliete de Benguela.<\/p>\n
