The official announced “the good news” during a meeting with the staff, specifying that the permanent surveillance in the police units spread across the nine municipalities of the province of Bi\u00e9, is imposed as an urgent need, in order to avoid acts of vandalism and subversion to the public order.<\/p>\n

Eug\u00e9nio C\u00e9sar Laborinho referred that the infrastructures, similar to the Camacupa Command, which cost the public coffers 290 million Kwanzas, within the scope of the PIIM, will be built in other municipalities.<\/p>\n
