Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The district and relationship courts will bring justice closer to the citizens, as well as reduce procedural dependence, especially in terms of appeals, said this Tuesday, in the city of Huambo, the President of the Republic, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Head of State who was speaking this morning at the opening of the Judicial Year – 2022 stressed that the functioning of these courts also decisively contributes to the realization of the constitutional principle of effective judicial protection.<\/p>\n

Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o highlighted that, in the field of judicial institutional reform, the Executive handed over to the Superior Council of the Judiciary the buildings for the functioning of the first three courts of the relationship.<\/p>\n

“After the inauguration of the court of relations of Benguela and Huambo, it was time to inaugurate the court of relation of Luanda. New district courts were rehabilitated and inaugurated and this effort will continue”, assured the President of the Republic.<\/p>\n
