Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Maria do Carmo Bastos Corte Real Bernardo was appointed yesterday to the role of non-executive director and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Development Bank of Angola (BDA), replacing Ant\u00f3nio Sozinho.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a statement from the Civil House of the President of the Republic, the Head of State, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o, dismissed on Wednesday (30) the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Development Bank of Angola (BDA).<\/p>\n

Thus, Ant\u00f3nio Sozinho, non-executive director and chairman of the Board of Directors, ceases to function; Samahina de Sousa da Silva Sa\u00fade, Jos\u00e9 An\u00edbal Lopes Rocha, Leonel Felisberto da Silva and Constantino Manuel dos Santos, all non-executive directors.<\/p>\n

From the Executive Committee, according to the same document, Henda Essanju Ingl\u00eas, executive director and chairman of the Executive Committee, ceases to function; Clemente de Oliveira Paulo, Elizabeth Fernanda Jo\u00e3o Sungani David Kinanga and Mariana Jos\u00e9 Sebasti\u00e3o de Arag\u00e3o, as executive directors.<\/p>\n

In another order, the President of the Republic appointed Maria do Carmo Bastos Corte Real Bernardo, as non-executive director and chairman of the Board of Directors; Jos\u00e9 An\u00edbal Lopes Rocha, Leonel Felisberto da Silva and Constantino Manuel dos Santos, all non-executive directors.<\/p>\n

Patr\u00edcia Bernardo Paiva de Almeida da Cunha was appointed to the Executive Committee as executive director and chairman of the Executive Committee; Ant\u00f3nio Lu\u00eds Freire, Domingos Pedro, Ivan Emanuel Marques dos Santos and Bonif\u00e1cio Emanuel Setucula Sessa, all acting as executive directors.<\/p>\n
