According to a note from the Press Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Victor Hugo Guilherme was appointed to the position of Minister of Planning.<\/p>\n

Secretaries of State<\/p>\n

Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o also appointed five secretaries of State, namely Augusta de Carvalho Gando Frederico Fortes, for Commerce and Services, Lui\u0301s Kondjimbi Kai\u0301ca Epalanga, for Planning and Ivan Emanuel Marques dos Santos, for Public Investment;<\/p>\n
