Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The deputy governor of Zaire for the political, social and economic sector, Afonso Nzolameso, called this Sunday, in Mbanza Kongo, for the continued transmission of civic and patriotic values \u200b\u200bto the new generation, in order to perpetuate the deeds of the heroes of the February 4th.<\/b><\/p>\n

The governor made this appeal after laying a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier, as part of the 63rd anniversary of the Beginning of the Armed Struggle for National Liberation, which is celebrated.<\/p>\n

For the vice-governor, patriotism as one of the civic values, must be transmitted from generation to generation to better dignify all those who sacrificed their lives for the benefit of the Angolan nation.<\/p>\n

He asked the youth to continue to be inspired by the ideas of national heroes, facing the future with optimism, towards social and economic progress.<\/p>\n

He stated that the Executive continues to work tirelessly to create consistent public policies to alleviate the difficulties that still afflict the population, in the most varied areas.<\/p>\n

The 63rd anniversary of the Beginning of the Armed Struggle for National Liberation takes place under the motto \u201cFebruary 4th: preserving the values \u200b\u200bof the Fatherland, let us honor our heroes\u201d.<\/p>\n

The act of laying the wreath was attended by former combatants, members of the Government, defense, security and internal order forces, deputies to the National Assembly, religious and traditional authorities.<\/p>\n

Soyo administrator against vandalization of public property<\/p>\n

In turn, the municipal administrator of Soyo, Jose\u0301 Mendes Belo, urged the population to refrain from deviant behavior, with emphasis on the vandalization of common heritage.<\/p>\n

Jose\u0301 Belo, who spoke at the municipal event celebrating the 63rd anniversary of the Beginning of the Armed Struggle for National Liberation, appealed to the population to preserve more of the social facilities that the Executive makes available to them, denouncing vandals.<\/p>\n

According to the administrator, the preservation of public assets is one of the ways to honor the memory of the heroes of the 4th of February and to preserve peace, territorial integrity and national sovereignty.<\/p>\n

He highlighted the benefits that social infrastructures are providing to local residents, highlighting the Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities (PIIM) and the Local Development and Combating Poverty Program (PDLCP).<\/p>\n

The municipal event around the 4th of February, which took place next to the tomb of the first President of Angola, Anto\u0301nio Agostinho Neto, in the lower area of \u200b\u200bthe city of Soyo, was preceded by the laying of a wreath.<\/p>\n

Remember that, at Soyo level, the commemorative day of the 4th of February includes recreational and cultural activities, as well as the inauguration of several social enterprises.<\/p>\n
