Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Heads of Registration sections and municipal directors of Administrative Modernization were trained, this Wednesday, in the province of Huambo, on how to register, recruit and incorporate citizens into the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).<\/b><\/p>\n

The methodological meeting, which also included the participation of senior officers, captains, subordinates, sergeants and civil servants from the Huambo Recruitment and Mobilization Center (CRM), was chaired by the governor of Huambo province, Lotti Nolika.<\/p>\n

Under the motto \u201cFor greater effectiveness and efficiency, let us improve the census, recruitment and military mobilization system\u201d, participants were also trained on the relationship between the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) and the Political Power, registration and mobilization of men and means of interest for national reconstruction.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the governor of the province of Huambo, Lotti Nolika, recognized the role of the Military Recruitment Center (CRM) and the municipal directorates of Registration and Administrative Modernization in organizing the process of recruiting men, to defend sovereignty and unity national.<\/p>\n

The minister said that the training is guided by the Angolan Public Administration, established in the FAA package, under the terms of order no. 704\/2023, of 14 December, which marks the beginning of the unofficial military census of male national citizens, born between January 1st and December 31st, 2005 and 2006, respectively.<\/p>\n

Lotti Nolika called on the CRM and members of the process to take advantage of efforts aimed at improving the military recruitment and incorporation system in the province of Huambo, in addition to their professional training, to be more effective in raising awareness among youth about mandatory military service..<\/p>\n

He stated that methodological training constitutes a privileged space for reflection, training, education and respect for national symbols, as well as for the preservation of public goods, love and devotion to the Fatherland, relevant to collective well-being.<\/p>\n

For his part, the head of the Huambo Recruitment and Mobilization Center, Colonel Matos Guedes, said that the training aimed to increase the knowledge levels of members of the process of recruiting men in the FAA, at a time when the first round of incorporation 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n

He mentioned that the activity updated the registrations of citizens in each province, to define the quotas of men to be incorporated into the FAA.<\/p>\n

The Recruitment and Mobilization Center is entrusted with the generic mission of recruiting men for voluntary military service, in addition to simultaneously mobilizing Permanent Staff personnel in reserve situations.<\/p>\n
