Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The first secretary of the MPLA of Bie\u0301, Pereira Alfredo, appealed , in the municipality of Chinguar, to the need for activists to continue to strive for a more active participation in the province’s socioeconomic development, aiming for the well-being of the populations.<\/b><\/p>\n

Speaking at the mass event that served to present this party’s political agenda this year, the politician highlighted that the contribution of activists, both from OMA and JMPLA, will facilitate the progress of communities in various areas.<\/p>\n

He highlighted, on the other hand, the materialization of several projects carried out by the Executive, in almost 50 years of National Independence, reiterating further investments in the areas of agriculture, education, health, infrastructures, energy and water, roads, bridges, among others, to ensure the continuous improvement of families\u2019 living conditions.<\/p>\n

Pereira Alfredo announced, for example, the start of work on national road no. 250, which connects Cuito to Cuemba, as well as the electrification project taking place in several municipalities, using energy from Lau\u0301ca, which Bie\u0301 has been benefiting for more than five years.<\/p>\n

He also asked party members and cadres to be activists in promoting peace, solidarity and forgiveness, in order to make it possible to carry out different socioeconomic projects in the country, especially in Bie\u0301.<\/p>\n

He also urged the need for party cadres and activists to go to the grassroots, to strengthen the party, as that is where the MPLA’s strength lies.”<\/p>\n

The first secretary of the MPLA in Chinguar, A\u0302ngela Ucueanga, highlighted the party’s choice to host the presentation of the political agenda, which will allow it to define the guidelines in the face of the challenges that lie ahead.<\/p>\n

A\u0302ngela Ucueanga also considered the growth that this political organization has been registering in this municipality to be positive, especially due to the organization, firmness and cohesion that can also be seen among the militants.<\/p>\n

This event was also attended by cadres and activists from the municipalities of Cuito, Chitembo, Cuemba, Cunhinga, Nha\u0302rea, Andulo, Catabola and Camacupa.<\/p>\n

Under the motto: “MPLA Serve the People and Make Angola Grow”, the MPLA’s political agenda has, among other purposes, to publicize further the axes to be implemented this year, in favor of the growth of the party and, consequently, the country.<\/p>\n

The first secretary took the opportunity to deliver agricultural contributions to small producers in Chinguar, to promote agriculture in this territory whose flagship is the production of wheat and reindeer potatoes.<\/p>\n

The activity was enhanced by local musicians and others already renowned in the national market, with emphasis on Justino Handanga.<\/p>\n
