Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Vice-President of the MPLA, Lui\u0301sa Damia\u0303o, highlighted on Thursday, in Windhoek (Namibia), the importance of each Angolan becoming an ambassador, promoting peace and development in the country, whether residing there or abroad.<\/b><\/p>\n

Lui\u0301sa Damia\u0303o highlighted this aspect at the end of a meeting with the Angolan community in Windhoek, in an exercise she called a \u201chorizontal dialogue\u201d and which served to listen to their concerns in the lands of Sam Nujoma.<\/p>\n

The vice-president of the MPLA said it was a good exercise, which served to provide information about the country, as well as to listen to the community in order to advocate with the competent entities.<\/p>\n

He highlighted that this interaction also contributed to helping \u201cmany Angolans who never returned to the country, who more easily absorb fake news\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to the MPLA leader, the community showed its satisfaction with the meeting, as it allowed them to hear clarifications about their concerns.<\/p>\n

In her last work in Namibia, this Friday, Lui\u0301sa Damia\u0303o held a meeting with members of Swapo’s management, whom she thanked for the invitation to visit the country in order to strengthen the relations between this political formation and the MPLA.<\/p>\n

In summary, the political leader considered the visit positive as it allowed the identification of new areas of cooperation, with emphasis on the empowerment of women and youth, and also strengthened and sealed historical relations marked by moments of solidarity and brotherhood between the two peoples..<\/p>\n

Lui\u0301sa Damia\u0303o visited Namibia at the invitation of her SWAPO counterpart, Netumbo Nandi Ndaitwah, from the 5th to the 10th of May.<\/p>\n

The MPLA delegation also included the secretaries of the Political Bureau for International Relations, Manuel Augusto, for Social Policy, Maricel Capama, as well as the secretary general of the OMA, Joana Toma\u0301s, and the first national secretary of the JMPLA, Crispiniano dos Santos.<\/p>\n
