Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Football lovers expressed, this Friday, in the city of Benguela, their belief in a victory for the Angolan team against their counterpart from Eswatini, in the qualifying game for the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico, in 2026.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to the former goalkeeper of Nacional de Benguela, Jorge Pinto Leite, the Palancas Negras should approach the game calmly, as the opponent is theoretically inferior.<\/p>\n

The former footballer is of the opinion that the national team has shown a lot of progress over the years, hence his belief in victory.<\/p>\n

“I believe that, at this moment, there are conditions, whether technical or tactical, to achieve results that guarantee us passage to the World Cup,” he said.<\/p>\n

The former coach of Nacional and 1o de Maio de Benguela said that, playing at home, he would risk a 4 – 3 – 3 or 3 – 5 – 2 system, because any of these can serve what is intended. “But the coach is the one who knows and has the opponent’s Scout,” he said.<\/p>\n

“I hope everything goes well, playing at home, in front of our audience, the biggest gift we should have is victory”, he emphasized.<\/p>\n

For him, the players must be committed, because they are fighting for more than 30 million Angolans who want to see Angola in the world cup again.<\/p>\n

Football coach Sesse\u0301 Baptista said he believes in a victory for the national team, because they play in front of their home crowd and are in a very good moment, after the last football CAN.<\/p>\n

He made it known that at this moment the Angolans must all be around the team, in order to show their affection and warmth even from a distance.<\/p>\n
