Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Angolan Executive made available 110 million kwanzas, to benefit around 10,000 economic agents (street vendors and traders) operating in the informal market, in Bengo province, as part of the expansion of the Informal Economy Reconversion Program (PREI), guaranteed , in the town of Panguila, municipality of Dande, the Secretary of State for the Economy.<\/b><\/p>\n

Dalva Ringote, who was speaking on Tuesday at the launch of the program at the provincial level, said that, for Bengo, the “financial envelope” will benefit all agents with good production capacity.<\/p>\n

“Bengo province is powerful in terms of agriculture, and for that reason it has received special attention from the local and central government. We want to share views on the materialization of the PREI in this province, because we understand that we need to have a clearer vision of those work here,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He advanced that the process of economic activity comprises a set of criteria, which everyone can observe, “but for access to formalization it will be necessary, in the first instance, that all interested parties have Identity Cards (ID).<\/p>\n

He explained that, for those who do not have a BI, the technicians of the Civil Identification Services will be present to guarantee the identification of the trader, and a multisectoral commission constituted by the General Tax Administration (AGT), to enable the attribution of the Tax Identification Number (NIF), by the Social Security Institute, to register the tax contribution, INAPEM, to formalize the institution, and a bank branch, to open accounts for those who do not yet have them.<\/p>\n

According to Dalva Ringote, the families that will be part of this process will be able to benefit from a mobile phone, so that the transactions take place in a normal and formal way, without fear that the deposited values \u200b\u200bwill be diverted.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the Secretary of State for Secondary Education, Gildo Matias, highlighted the importance of the<\/p>\n

A jewelry seller for more than 12 years, Maria Mateus, 49, registered without major constraints. “I liked it a lot. They didn’t charge me anything. I gave all the necessary data and made the registration”, she concluded.<\/p>\n
