Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>A delegation from the Soyo port company, led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fernando Dias, has been participating since Sunday in Shanghai, China, in the largest international business showcase on the Asian continent.<\/b><\/p>\n

At the 7th China International Import Export-Business Exposition (CIIE), themed \u201cShared Future of the New Era\u201d, the Portua\u0301ria do Soyo company is carrying out a strategic program focused on networking and exhibition of the services available at the institution.<\/p>\n

In addition to exhibiting, it will also present the potential to be explored in the vast maritime and river coastal area controlled by that port entity.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that this year’s event will host 297 companies and industry leaders, in an exhibition area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 420 thousand square meters, with a universe of 152 countries and international organizations participating in the business exhibitions.<\/p>\n

According to the organizers, the China International Import Expo-Business Exposition (CIIE) plays an important role in opening up China to the world. According to official figures, the trade transactions at the event exceeded US$420 billion compared to previous editions.<\/p>\n

This year’s business and enterprise exhibition will cover more than 360,000 square meters, with the participation of 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions.<\/p>\n

The delegation also includes the directors of the Statistical Studies and Planning Office (GEPE) and the Board of Directors Support Office.<\/p>\n
