{"id":7450,"date":"2022-05-05T12:57:43","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T12:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/all-news\/angola-to-train-diplomats-from-equatorial-guinea"},"modified":"2022-05-05T12:57:43","modified_gmt":"2022-05-05T12:57:43","slug":"angola-to-train-diplomats-from-equatorial-guinea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/all-news\/angola-to-train-diplomats-from-equatorial-guinea","title":{"rendered":"Angola to train diplomats from Equatorial Guinea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola. <\/strong><\/span><b>Angola will train diplomats from Equatorial Guinea in the field of Portuguese, within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Staff Training, signed Wednesday (04), between the Ven\u00e2ncio de Moura Academy and the Guinean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The information was provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, T\u00e9te Ant\u00f3nio, at the end of the second session of the Permanent Joint Commission for Cooperation between the two countries, which culminated in the signing of four legal instruments.<\/p>\n<p>The documents signed by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, T\u00e9te Ant\u00f3nio, and the counterpart of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Sime\u00f3n Oyono Esono Angue, include the Verbal Process of the Second Joint Cooperation Commission, an Internal Regulation of the Commission, the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Training of Staff between Academia Ven\u00e2ncio de Moura and diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Equatorial Guinea and, finally, the Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Political and Diplomatic Consultations.<\/p>\n<p>To the press, the minister also said that Equatorial Guinea had chosen Angola as the main partner to progressively promote its insertion into the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP).<\/p>\n<p>For T\u00e9te Ant\u00f3nio, the second meeting of the Joint Commission marks a new era in relations between the two countries, 15 years after the first one.
