Representatives of the Ministries of Justice and Human Rights (MJDH) and Public Works and Territorial Planning (MINIOPOT), as well as the General Tax Administration (AGT), Association of Real Estate Professionals of Angola (APIMA) and the Institute of Planning and Urban Management of Luanda (IPGUL) were unanimous on the need to remove the constraints related to the bureaucracy of commercial banks and the scarcity of infrastructure land for the purpose of directed self-construction.<\/p>\n
