Paulo Luvualu, who was speaking about the International Nurses Day, celebrated yesterday, stressed that the exam will serve to assess the real skills of the Nursing professional, even before granting him the card that enables him to provide health care in the units. country clinics.<\/p>\n

The chairman of ORDENFA stressed that, in order to increasingly improve patient care, there needs to be a program of continuous training for Nursing professionals at a national level and a positive change in their social conditions, in order to qualitatively contribute to the assistance provided. health to patients.<\/p>\n

Paulo Luvualu took the opportunity to praise the Executive for the various constructions, rehabilitations and expansions of primary, secondary and tertiary health units, which is reflected, in part, in the improvement of medical and medication assistance to the population.<\/p>\n

Another aspect he highlighted is the framework for technicians in the sector. About this, the chairman revealed that, between 2018 and 2021, the Ministry of Health admitted 21,152 Nursing professionals across the country.<\/p>\n

With that, the country started to control 39 thousand nurses. Despite this increase, the person in charge of ORDENFA made it clear that the needs are even greater, taking into account that Angola has approximately 30 million inhabitants.<\/p>\n
