Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Bie\u0301 Provincial Hospital will be rehabilitated and a hospital will be built in the municipality of Andulo to meet the population’s need for more and better health services. The expenditure for this purpose was authorized by the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, via Presidential Order No. 126\/25 of May 8, according to the Angolan Government Portal.<\/b><\/p>\n

The document states that the contracts are part of the portfolio of structural projects provided for in the Budget of the Government of the Province of Bie\u0301 in alignment with the National Development Plan 2023-2027.<\/p>\n

The public works for the rehabilitation of the Bie\u0301 Provincial Hospital will cost 4.5 billion kwanzas and the construction of the Andulo municipal hospital 1.8 billion kwanzas.<\/p>\n

The Presidential Order determines that it is the responsibility of the governor of Bie\u0301 to approve the parts of the procedure, as well as to verify the validity and legality of all acts carried out, including the conclusion and signing of contracts.<\/p>\n
