Borja.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Projected for the five-year period 2018-2022, with the launch of the process at the level of the country&#8217;s informal municipal markets, the program has already benefited economic operators in 14 provinces, out of 18. Lacking are Cuanza-Sul, Benguela, Cuando Cubango and Cabinda.<\/p>\n<p>Adriano Celso Borja, who once again presented the weekly balance sheet of the economic sector, within the scope of the PREI, highlighted that, among the provinces that most formalized, Luanda leads with 52 percent, followed by Hu\u00edla (12 percent) and Namibe ( 8.00 percent).<\/p>\n<p>Later this month, said Adriano Celso Borja, the field trips will reach the provinces of Cuanza-Sul (26th), Benguela (30th) and Cuando Cubango (31st). The date for Cabinda is being revised. In the four missing provinces, more than 32 thousand entrepreneurs are expected to formalize the activity.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase of the PREI will be launched in January 2023 and will have a budget support of 55 million euros, which will be distributed by sectors belonging to the Multisectoral Commission. In the first half of 2023, an intensive campaign will be launched, with the involvement of 164 municipalities, in order to integrate a greater number of informal operators.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase, which started in 2021, did not allow penetration in many areas of the country, where intense informal activity is concentrated. &#8220;That&#8217;s why, in the next financial support, give space at full steam&#8221;, stressed Adriano Celso Borja.<\/p>\n<p>Between the second half of 2023 and the first half of 2024, the implementation of an integrated solution for the formalization of all economic activities is planned.
