They can be implemented between 2022 and 2023. Orlando Fernandes said, at a press conference, that the proposal also has other purposes such as ensuring transparency in matters of good governance, combating the growth of illicit trafficking in narcotics and substances psychotropic drugs, and also the fight against transnational organized crime.<\/p>\n
