Cette de\u0301cision s\u2019inscrit dans le respect de la loi fixant les fe\u0302tes le\u0301gales en Re\u0301publique du Be\u0301nin.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0300 travers un communique\u0301 officiel en date du 11 aou\u0302t 2025, le ministre du Travail et de la Fonction publique, Adidjatou A. Mathys, a rappele\u0301 que la journe\u0301e du vendredi 15 aou\u0302t 2025, marquant la fe\u0302te de l\u2019Assomption, est reconnue comme jour fe\u0301rie\u0301 au Be\u0301nin. Cette disposition de\u0301coule de la loi n\u00b090-019 du 27 juillet 1990, qui fixe les fe\u0302tes le\u0301gales sur le territoire national.<\/p>\n<p>Le texte pre\u0301cise que cette journe\u0301e sera \u00ab cho\u0302me\u0301e et paye\u0301e \u00bb pour l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs, dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activite\u0301 et sur toute l\u2019e\u0301tendue du territoire. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un conge\u0301 le\u0301gal accorde\u0301 a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de cette ce\u0301le\u0301bration chre\u0301tienne importante, comme\u0301morant l\u2019e\u0301le\u0301vation de la Vierge Marie au ciel.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministe\u0300re, au nom du gouvernement, adresse e\u0301galement ses v\u0153ux a\u0300 la communaute\u0301 chre\u0301tienne du pays. \u00ab Le Ministre souhaite a\u0300 toute la communaute\u0301 chre\u0301tienne, une bonne fe\u0302te \u00bb, peut-on lire dans le communique\u0301 signe\u0301 par Victorin V.
