Le gouvernement a de\u0301cide\u0301 de contractualiser avec un cabinet spe\u0301cialise\u0301 pour assurer la mai\u0302trise d\u2019\u0153uvre comple\u0300te.<\/p>\n<p>Ce cabinet sera charge\u0301 de la conception des plans, de l\u2019organisation des e\u0301tudes d\u2019exe\u0301cution, de l\u2019assistance dans le choix des entreprises de construction et de la supervision de la re\u0301alisation des ouvrages, en veillant au respect des de\u0301lais et des normes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans une strate\u0301gie globale visant a\u0300 diversifier l\u2019offre touristique du Be\u0301nin, a\u0300 promouvoir le tourisme durable et a\u0300 cre\u0301er des emplois locaux.
