Selon les informations de \u00ab 24haub\u00e9nin \u00bb, le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 violeur \u00e9tait d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par ses pairs pour pr\u00e9sider la destin\u00e9e d\u2019une organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce samedi 16 Juillet, il devait donc \u00eatre investi dans ses nouvelles charges. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation de charge a eu lieu au cours d\u2019une soir\u00e9e de Gala qui devait durer toute la nuit. C\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette soir\u00e9e de Gala que les faits de viol se sont produits. La plupart des participants de cette soir\u00e9e de Gala devait passer la nuit sur les lieux puisque les \u00e9v\u00e8nements vont prendre fin tr\u00e8s tard dans la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>La victime est une jeune fille handicap\u00e9e motrice qui avait particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e de Gala. Alors qu\u2019elle s\u2019est r\u00e9veill\u00e9e un peu apr\u00e8s 5 heures du matin pour aller aux toilettes, elle est toute surprise de se voir en tenue d\u2019Adam dans la chambre du nouveau pr\u00e9sident investi qui \u00e9tait aussi \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 nu.<\/p>\n<p>Pass\u00e9e les moments de surprise, elle s\u2019est rapidement habill\u00e9e, aid\u00e9e par le jeune pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019organisation. Mais une fois aux toilettes, elle constate que son intimit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 visit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La jeune femme handicap\u00e9 a alors saisi les responsables au niveau national de l\u2019organisation. N\u2019ayant pas eu gain de cause, elle d\u00e9posa une plainte au niveau de la brigade des m\u0153urs le dimanche 17 Juillet.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 violeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 et gard\u00e9 \u00e0 vu. Interrog\u00e9 sur les faits, il a totalement ni\u00e9 avoir touch\u00e9 la jeune femme handicap\u00e9e motrice. Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 21 Juillet au procureur de l R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Cotonou, le jeune pr\u00e9sident n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 de version. Mais il fut plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire.
