MMUSI APPLAUDS FAITH GOSPEL AFTER CHRIST CHURCH

Africa-Press – Botswana. Faith Gospel After Christ Church (FGAC) in Mogoditshane on Sunday held a candle light service to reflect and give thanks to God.

The church also used the occasion to welcome the new year and pass the flame from one person to the next.

Gabane/Mmankgodi Member of Parliament, Mr Kagiso Mmusi, who graced the event, said the candle lighting service would help bring positive changes to his constituency.

Mr Mmusi, who is also Minister of Defence and Security, thanked the church leaders for continuing to mould the characters of different individuals.

Bishop Phillimon Motlhagodi, who is also a specially elected councillor, said the church held the candle light service annually to help and motivate congregants.

Archbishop of Red Sea Apostolic Church, Mr Saul Samsom thanked members of FGAC for the extra effort to welcome the new season, adding that it helped to revive congregants’ physical and spiritual well-being.

A member of FGAC, Ms Oreeditse Motsamai said the candle lighting service was a powerful vessel, while, Ms Catherine Tshekiso, who is an entrepreneur, noted that attending the service over the years, had helped to grow her business.
