PRESIDENT MASISI TO UNDERTAKE A WORKING VISIT TO SOUTH AFRICA

Africa-Press – Botswana. President Dr. Mokgweets Masisi, undertakes a Working Visit to Limpopo Province, South Africa.

A press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the President meets with South Africa President Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, to express gratitude for the facilitation and support extended to the victims of the tragic bus accident that claimed the lives of 45 Botswana citizens, on March 28. The two Presidents also visited Mamatlakala, the scene of the fatal accident.

The President was accompanied by first lady Neo,Ministers Dr. Lemogang Kwape of Foreign Affairs, Mr Kabo Morwaeng for State President, Ms Annah Mokgethi of Labour and Home Affairs as well as Mr. Oabile Regoeng, Member of Parliament for Molepolole North, Kgosi Kgari Sechele III of Bakwena,Mr Oreeditse Molebatsi, Minister and Head of Generale – Botswana, St. Engenas ZCC and senior government officials.

The President Masisi and his delegation returned to Gaborone on the same day.
