Africa-Press – Botswana. The Top Gun Motorcycling Club hand over a house to a deserving beneficiary at Somerset Extension, Francistown.

According to the club’s president, Seyave Mashika, the recipient was a well-known resident who lived with his mother under substandard conditions.

“We believe that every individual deserves dignity, and this donation will go a long way in restoring that dignity,” said Mashika.

He explained that the gesture formed part of the club’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative aimed at giving back to the community and promoting a positive image of motorcycling. Mashika emphasised that motorcycling was not only about thrill-seeking but also about making a meaningful impact in society.

This is not the first time the club has extended a helping hand. In 2023, it donated a house in Mathangwane village and also provided groceries, food hampers, toiletries, and blankets to the Lephoi Centre, which cares for visually impaired children.

To add excitement to the occasion, the club will lead a motorcade from a designated point to the beneficiary’s home in Somerset Extension.

Through such acts of generosity, the Top Gun Motorcycling Club continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving the lives of Batswana and promoting a culture of compassion and community service.
