Maniki added that at the moment there is no trace of the unidentified baby\u2019s family, and appealed to members of the public to assist with information that could help the police in their investigations.<\/p>\n<p>The toddler was discovered by police officers who were on patrol on November 10, 2021. The toddler\u2019s lifeless body was found wrapped in a black plastic bag. Inside the plastic bag, the body was further wrapped with a pink towel, light green fitted sheet and a peach blanket.
