Africa-Press – Botswana. <\/strong><\/span>Sir Seretse Khama Airport police are investigating a case in which copper cables belonging to the Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) at an estimated worth of P42,000 were stolen over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Station commander, superintendent Mpho Sebako said BPC employees reported the matter on Saturday afternoon after reporting for duty at the Block 7 tower and establishing that the cables had gone missing.<\/p>\n

Sebako said they suspect that the cables were stolen on Friday night. \u201cInvestigations on the matter are ongoing and efforts to locate and arrest the suspects are ongoing,\u201d Sebako said.<\/p>\n
