The National Council also brings motions on topics which the party may view as important issues to be debated at the Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Some BDP members are already complaining that time is not on their side, arguing that the National Council should be held as soon as possible &#8220;We are worried that the party central committee has not yet decided dates for party activities and the month for the National Council. It is always advisable to hold primary elections well in time so that there is time to deal with appeals from results and give counselling to those who lost,&#8221; a source told.
