Africa-Press – Botswana. <\/strong><\/span>The head of the Botswana Gender Based Violence Prevention and Support Centre, Mme Phelelo Moswetsi explained that violence is a species and affects everyone.<\/b><\/p>\n

He said this on the health day which was held by the health department of the Botswana Defense Force, at Thebephatshwa camp recently.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Moswetsi explained that many fathers are very emotional, while some mothers are also able to experience emotional turmoil.<\/p>\n

He said emotional conflict happens a lot in marriages. He explained that some mothers enter marriages to use their husbands to give them money, but when the money ends, they leave them. On top of that, Mme Moswetsi said that some mothers strangle the children of their hearts with many strings.Just as mothers use their fathers to borrow money, Mme Moswetsi said there are also fathers who use their mothers when they are in love, by borrowing money and leaving the mother in the lurch.<\/p>\n

He said that when love is still young, fathers take the mothers of their lovers out of their jobs saying that they are not paid anything, and then they are unable to take care of them.<\/p>\n

Ms Moswetsi also pointed out that another kind of fraud is done to parents by children who use drugs, by asking them for money, and also to make them rich by stealing things from their families to sell them so that they can to buy cigarettes..Among other things, a financial expert from Money Matters Botswana, Ms. Edna Dambe explained that it is important for people to compare their debts with the money they receive and to repay the debts.<\/p>\n

He explained that it is important for people to reserve cars and houses so that if there is an accident they can be paid.<\/p>\n
