Africa-Press – Botswana. <\/strong><\/span>Save a Soul Worship Experience will host a show on April 26 at the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST) in Palapye on April 26. The organiser of the event, Thato Sewagodimo, said the event sought to allow local artists to interact with international artists, fostering learning and growth and also for children of God from different ministries to worship together. <\/b><\/p>\n

He also highlighted the financial needs of gospel ministers, emphasising that hosting such activities helps raise funds for preaching the gospel.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the event sought to build churches, purchase instruments, and give back to the community, celebrating and discovering local talent. To promote the event, Sewagodimo indicated that there would be activations on Fridays at BIUST and mall invasions on Saturdays where flyers are distributed by the youth. They were also reaching out to churches and companies while using word-of-mouth advertising.<\/p>\n

The primary goal of the event is to save souls and plant churches. Proceeds from the event will be dedicated to evangelism and church planting,” he said.<\/p>\n

He said the line-up includes local gospel artists such as Shinkie Mochawacha, Pastor Chamo, and Pastor Moleele, while international acts will feature Thabang Mavunga and Godfrey Mahlangu from South Africa.<\/p>\n

He said he believed that bringing together various churches promotes unity within the body of Christ, and the event is expected to spiritually uplift attendees.<\/p>\n
