She also emphasised the significance of ambition and perseverance in achieving one\u2019s dreams.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Makwinja stressed the importance of adapting to the changing world and encouraged pupils to approach the new phase with enthusiasm and optimism.<\/p>\n<p>She also reminded them of the necessity of hard work for success, underscoring the crucial role that both teachers and parents played in supporting their educational journey.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Ms Makwinja underscored the value of discipline and urged students to steer clear of substance abuse due to its detrimental effects on one\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing broader issues, the assistant minister mentioned the importance of cultivating a positive mindset shift as a shared objective to enhance overall life satisfaction and discover happiness in daily experiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018When individuals embrace new perspectives and beliefs, they can break free from limitations, discover fresh opportunities, and enhance their careers and quality of life\u2019, she said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier the school head Ms Neo Kgwadi said the school had an enrolment of 730 pupils in which 370 were boys while 351 were girls.<\/p>\n<p>She said the school is a 24 stream and has double shift.<\/p>\n<p>She said learners performance was exceptionally well despite challenges such as shortage of classrooms, poor maintenance of the school and water leakages.<\/p>\n<p>She said lack of progression had demoralised some teachers, whom she said had stagnated in one position for years.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Kgwadi appreciated parents for participating in their children school work<\/p>\n<p>The assistant minster also visited Swaneng Hill school secondary and Grace Kgari Primary school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/botswana\">Botswana<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Botswana.
