The solemn event, which aims to honour the lives of 45 deceased individuals, will take place at Molepolole Sports Complex where the general public will be allowed to attend but not at the burial site. Morwaeng emphasized that this is to avoid overcrowding. &#8220;At the cemetery, there will be families of the deceased and a few people to go help with the burial,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>He urged the general public to understand the necessity of these measures and suggested that those who can, should instead watch the funeral service proceedings live on national television and other media platforms. Speaking about the preparations which are underway at the Molepolole sports complex, Morwaeng reassured the public, stating, &#8220;Arrangements are ongoing at the Molepolole Sports Complex to prepare for the funeral service tomorrow at 5 am.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For his part, spokesperson for the Botswana Police Service (BPS), Dipheko Motube, shared transport arrangements for attendees of the funeral service at the Molepolole Sports Complex. &#8220;People should leave their cars at designated locations, including Lewis Primary School, Suping Primary School, Tshegetsang Junior School, and Motswasele Junior School. &#8220;Transport will be provided to ferry attendees to the stadium, and the BPS will ensure the safety of vehicles left behind,&#8221; he said.
