Both the app and e-Pula Personal online have the same login credentials. For every transaction carried out, approval will be required using the customer&#8217;s card PIN. This was done to provide customers with a safe and secure banking experience<\/p>\n<p>Speaking during the launch, Bank Gaborone managing director Sybrand Coetzee said the app has evolved since its introduction to the market in 2019. For the customers\u2019 peace of mind, the security features have been enhanced to include Card-2-Card and its transacting ability has been approved by the Bank of Botswana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was through our customers\u2019 feedback that we were able to create a very affordable, smart, secure and convenient solution with fewer clicks to enable effortless transacting.
