C\u2019est le ministre d\u2019Etat, en charge de l\u2019Agriculture, des Ressources animales et halieutiques, le Commandant Ismae\u0308l, patron de la ce\u0301re\u0301monie de lancement, qui a donne\u0301 le premier coup de pelle symbolique de ces travaux. Le de\u0301lai d\u2019exe\u0301cution est de 8 mois, et comme a\u0300 son habitude, le ministre a dit attacher du prix au respect de ce de\u0301lai.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En fin novembre 2025 les producteurs doivent commencer l\u2019exploitation. Le 30 novembre je serai la\u0300 et me\u0302me une seule seconde de plus ne sera pas tole\u0301re\u0301e. Prenez donc vos dispositions \u00bb, a-t-il lance\u0301 aux responsables de l\u2019entreprise en charge des travaux. Quant au cout de ces travaux il s\u2019e\u0301le\u0300ve a\u0300 8,365 milliards de FCFA. Aussi pour une solution de\u0301finitive au proble\u0300me d\u2019eau, il a e\u0301te\u0301 annonce\u0301 la construction prochaine d\u2019un barrage, sur instruction du chef de l\u2019Etat, en amont d\u2019un cout de plus 7 milliard de FCFA afin de re\u0301gler le gap de 8 millions de m3 ne\u0301cessaires pour une exploitation de la plaine sur toute l\u2019anne\u0301e. Ce qui par ricochet permettra une extension de plus de 200 ha ame\u0301nage\u0301s irrigue\u0301s.
