Le tribunal militaire avait autoris\u00e9, le mercredi 2 f\u00e9vrier 2022 \u00e0 Ouagadougou, la lib\u00e9ration du lieutenant-colonel Emmanuel Zoungrana apr\u00e8s une audience de la chambre de contr\u00f4le du tribunal. Mais, quarante-huit heures apr\u00e8s, le parquet militaire a saisi le juge d\u2019instruction pour une nouvelle charge contre l\u2019officier.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit de \u00abblanchiment de capitaux\u00bb. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a rapport\u00e9, le vendredi 4 f\u00e9vrier 2022, le journal en ligne Libreinfo.net sur sa page Facebook. La justice a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le garder en d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive \u00e0 la prison militaire pour la suite de ses investigations. Selon la m\u00eame source, les charges (tentative de coup d\u2019Etat, etc.) pour lesquelles, il \u00e9tait poursuivi restent maintenues, car le juge d\u2019instruction peut toujours r\u00e9gulariser l\u2019ordonnance de mise en d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive. Plac\u00e9 sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 la prison militaire, le 14 janvier 2022, le lt-col Emmanuel Zoungrana \u00e9tait suspect\u00e9 par le r\u00e9gime de Roch Marc Christian Kabor\u00e9 d\u2019avoir foment\u00e9 un coup d\u2019Etat.
