Africa-Press – Burkina Faso. <\/strong><\/span>D\u00e9j\u00e0 mal en point financi\u00e8rement avec l\u2019augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des prix des produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, les Burkinab\u00e8 font \u00e9galement face \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du prix des hydrocarbures. Comme annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue du Conseil des ministres, le prix du litre de carburant a connu un rench\u00e9rissement de 100 francs CFA. C\u2019est in\u00e9dit !<\/p>\n

A vrai dire, beaucoup d\u2019analystes voyaient venir, m\u00eame si personne ne s\u2019imaginait que la note allait \u00eatre aussi sal\u00e9e. La principale cause de cette explosion des prix \u00e0 la pompe, c\u2019est le conflit entre la Russie et l\u2019Ukraine. Une guerre qui est venue aggraver les effets de la crise sanitaire, alimentaire et m\u00eame s\u00e9curitaire.<\/p>\n

Depuis que le ma\u00eetre du Kremlin a eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de s\u2019attaquer au petit fr\u00e8re ukrainien, un peu trop \u00e9mancip\u00e9 \u00e0 son go\u00fbt, les prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz notamment, toisent des sommets sur les march\u00e9s mondiaux.<\/p>\n

De nombreux pays, y compris dans le voisinage imm\u00e9diat du Burkina Faso, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints, dans la foul\u00e9e, de r\u00e9ajuster les prix \u00e0 la pompe pour tenir compte de la conjoncture.<\/p>\n

Dans ces conditions, il \u00e9tait difficile de tenir pour le Burkina dont l\u2019Etat fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un effort \u00e0 travers les subventions pour maintenir \u00e0 un niveau acceptable le prix des hydrocarbures.<\/p>\n

Mais le hic est quand, ne pesant plus de son poids pour sauver le portefeuille du consommateur surtout en ces temps de vaches maigres, le gouvernement a ouvert la bo\u00eete de pandores. C\u2019est un l\u00e2chage en plein vol, comme qui dirait, de la population qui fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 face \u00e0 la vie ch\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Presque de mani\u00e8re m\u00e9canique, ce sont les co\u00fbts d\u2019autres produits et services qui vont aussi prendre une trajectoire ascendante, \u00e0 commencer par le transport. Au m\u00eame moment que l\u2019essence, certaines compagnies de transport en commun ont annonc\u00e9 des augmentations sur le prix des billets.<\/p>\n

Des \u00ab augmentations sauvages \u00bb, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 le gouvernement qui, apr\u00e8s des concertations, a balis\u00e9 ces hausses : 500 francs de plus pour une distance inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 200 km et 1.000 francs pour les distances sup\u00e9rieures. Cela sera-t-il r\u00e9percut\u00e9 par tous les transporteurs ? La question reste pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 du secteur du transport, le gouvernement a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les prix des autres produits pour que certains \u00ab chercheurs d\u2019argent \u00bb, qui ne ratent jamais l\u2019occasion, ne profitent de la situation pour faire des chiffres d\u2019affaires ind\u00e9cents sur le dos du peuple qui ploie d\u00e9j\u00e0 sous le coup de la mis\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n
