Africa-Press – Burkina Faso. <\/strong><\/span>Le Premier ministre burkinab\u00e8, Albert Ou\u00e9draogo a appel\u00e9 mardi 31 mai 2022, \u00e0 insuffler un nouveau souffle \u00e0 la gestion des fronti\u00e8res, dans un contexte o\u00f9 les limites territoriales du pays sont menac\u00e9es par l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, rapporte l\u2019Agence d\u2019information du Burkina Faso (AIB).<\/p>\n

\u00abJe vous invite \u00e0 des \u00e9changes francs et constructifs, afin qu\u2019au sortir de cette session, de nouvelles orientations et des recommandations pertinentes soient formul\u00e9es pour donner un souffle nouveau \u00e0 la gestion de nos fronti\u00e8res \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 M. Ou\u00e9draogo, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture de la premi\u00e8re session du conseil des fronti\u00e8res de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022.<\/p>\n

Pour M. Ou\u00e9draogo, la concertation et la coordination des acteurs frontaliers demeurent une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, dans un contexte d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9veloppement des pays africains.<\/p>\n

Il a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019adoption du premier plan d\u2019actions (2021-2023) de la Strat\u00e9gie nationale de gestion des fronti\u00e8res (SNGF) le 26 f\u00e9vrier 2021, il s\u2019av\u00e8re que l\u2019organe de suivi et d\u2019orientation se penche sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de la mise en \u0153uvre pour identifier les difficult\u00e9s qui entravent la bonne marche du processus.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Cette strat\u00e9gie est une r\u00e9ponse aux maux auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les localit\u00e9s frontali\u00e8res du pays, \u00e0 savoir le terrorisme, la criminalit\u00e9 transfrontali\u00e8re, les trafics de tout genre \u00bb, a-t-il soutenu.<\/p>\n

Selon la secr\u00e9taire permanente de la CNGF, L\u00e9ontine Zagr\u00e9, les \u00e9changes consistent \u00e0 faire le bilan des recommandations de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente session tenue le 26 f\u00e9vrier 2021.<\/p>\n

Le Burkina Faso, depuis 2015, fait face \u00e0 de multiples attaques terroristes qui ont caus\u00e9 la mort de centaines de personnes et le d\u00e9placement de plus de 1,8 million d\u2019habitants et la fermeture de nombreux \u00e9tablissements scolaires et sanitaires.<\/p>\n
