Autour d\u2019un de\u0301jeuner de presse, les acquis de ce projet ont e\u0301te\u0301 pre\u0301sente\u0301s aux me\u0301dias par tous les acteurs de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le projet \u00ab renforcer le syste\u0300me de protection sociale au Burkina Faso \u00bb d\u2019une dure\u0301e de 40 mois a de\u0301bute\u0301 en octobre 2019 pour prendre fin en septembre 2023. Le projet e\u0301tait inscrit dans le programme mondial \u00ab ame\u0301liorer les synergies entre la protection sociale et la gestion des finances publiques \u00bb et a e\u0301te\u0301 conjointement mis en \u0153uvre au Burkina Faso par l\u2019Organisation internationale du Travail (OIT) et l\u2019UNICEF, en collaboration avec la de\u0301le\u0301gation de l\u2019Union Europe\u0301enne au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, qui a re\u0301ussi a\u0300 e\u0302tre mis en \u0153uvre dans 12 re\u0301gions sur 13, avait pour objectif de contribuer a\u0300 la re\u0301duction des vulne\u0301rabilite\u0301s et au renforcement de la cohe\u0301sion sociale a\u0300 travers un syste\u0300me de protection sociale efficace et durable, tendant vers une couverture universelle au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p>Trois axes d\u2019interventions e\u0301taient au c\u0153ur de la re\u0301alisation du projet. Il s\u2019agissait pour le premier axe, d\u2019une revue globale du syste\u0300me national et des de\u0301penses de protection sociale et la formulation de recommandations.<\/p>\n<p>Un appui technique pour la mise en \u0153uvre effective et le renforcement du Re\u0301gime d\u2019assurance maladie universel (RAMU), des services sociaux communaux et des me\u0301canismes de ciblage des me\u0301nages en situation de pauvrete\u0301 et de vulne\u0301rabilite\u0301 constituait le deuxie\u0300me axe. Le troisie\u0300me axe e\u0301tait constitue\u0301 en un appui pour une meilleure inte\u0301gration entre les interventions humanitaires et le syste\u0300me de protection sociale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019e\u0301tait un projet qui visait principalement la ge\u0301ne\u0301ration des e\u0301vidences pour baliser l\u2019e\u0301laboration de la strate\u0301gie nationale de protection sociale. A cet effet, le projet s\u2019est beaucoup investi dans la mobilisation des acteurs y compris ceux de l\u2019informel, dans le renforcement des capacite\u0301s \u00bb, a fait savoir Kambale Kavunga, repre\u0301sentant pays de l\u2019Organisation internationale du travail.<\/p>\n<p>A Seydou Sanou, charge\u0301 de mission repre\u0301sentant le ministre de la fonction publique, du travail et de la protection sociale de continuer dans la lance\u0301e en affirmant que la particularite\u0301 de ce projet e\u0301tait de contribuer au renforcement de la dimension sociale des actions du gouvernement a\u0300 travers la mise en \u0153uvre de la protection sociale pour une couverture e\u0301largie et des prestations ade\u0301quates de leurs articulations vers des interventions humanitaires tout en garantissant la viabilite\u0301 financie\u0300re du syste\u0300me de stabilite\u0301 macro-e\u0301conomique du budget.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier n\u2019a pas manque\u0301 de fe\u0301liciter tous les acteurs de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet pour les re\u0301sultats obtenus. \u00ab La pre\u0301sentation des re\u0301sultats nous montre l\u2019e\u0301tendue de la re\u0301ussite de ce projet mais les de\u0301fis que nous devons encore relever. En effet, les diffe\u0301rentes e\u0301tudes re\u0301alise\u0301es, les activite\u0301s et re\u0301flexions de production du rapport de renforcement de capacite\u0301s d\u2019informations, de vulgarisation et de sensibilisation ont trace\u0301 la voie pour des perspectives excellentes pour la re\u0301duction de la vulne\u0301rabilite\u0301 dans notre pays \u00bb, a-t-il exprime\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les acquis engrange\u0301s, il ressort une contribution a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301laboration du programme national d\u2019appui a\u0300 l\u2019autonomisation des me\u0301nages pauvres et vulne\u0301rables au Burkina Faso, des tourne\u0301es de vulgarisations de l\u2019assurance vieillesse volontaire dans les re\u0301gions et ayant touche\u0301 1 100 acteurs de l\u2019e\u0301conomie informelle, une e\u0301tude de faisabilite\u0301 pour la mise en place d\u2019une assurance cho\u0302mage, d\u2019une e\u0301tude sur le cadre de suivi e\u0301valuation de la protection sociale&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a joui de l\u2019appui technique et financier de l\u2019Union europe\u0301enne. Marc Duponcel, charge\u0301 d\u2019affaires par inte\u0301rim de la de\u0301le\u0301gation de l\u2019Union europe\u0301enne, a rassure\u0301 que l\u2019union europe\u0301enne continuera a\u0300 travailler a\u0300 consolider les acquis et renforcer son accompagnement a\u0300 l\u2019endroit du Burkina Faso. Il a e\u0301galement saisi l\u2019occasion pour remercier l\u2019implication du gouvernement burkinabe\u0300 dans ce processus pour l\u2019atteinte des diffe\u0301rents re\u0301sultats qui satisfont
